The Church Growth Conference will be a destination conference that provides personal and professional spiritual growth for leaders and non-leaders in Baptist churches. Proven regional and national speakers and presenters will be brought together to motivate and equip the attendees for ministry work. The expected results of this conference will enable the Baptist Church in the Black community to return to her role of making disciples for Christ, ensuring spiritual growth for her members, and providing community leadership as an institution.
